Customers with an active maintenance agreement have free access to our hotline via firstname.lastname@example.org according to the General Terms and Conditions for the Maintenance of Software of CENIT AG.
For services that exceed the support agreement, and for customers with no maintenance contract, we are providing support services on a time and material basis.

Our software licenses can be installed locally on a computer or on a license server. Depending on the contract, license can be temporary or permanent. Permanent licenses have an embedded “end of maintenance” date and will work with software versions that are not newer than this date. In case of a maintenance agreement and in case of software subscriptions, software updates can be installed at any time.
The customer portal myCENIT provides access to all relevant information around your FASTSUITE installation. All FASTSUITE users can register with their User id at my.cenit.com.
