Handling

Complex handling operations are easy to control with FASTSUITE teach-in functions for pick&place operations. Specific handling commands are helping to quickly define loading/unloading operations, machine tending cells, pick&place automation, etc. 

Some embedded functions are:

  • virtual teach-in of robot positions, and full control of robot postures via teach panels
  • events to control grasp & release operations
  • automatic generation of tool change sequences to replace end-efffectors, grippers etc.
  • support of multiple TCPs
  • mechatronic resource definition including actors and sensors
  • signal definition and signal management between all simulation components (robots, conveyors, grippers, end-effectors, …)
  • technology events to trigger controller-specific commands
